Hire Charges

£10 per hour – Wicklewood residents and regular bookings

£12 per hour – Non residents

Function Rates

Evening Function 6.00 pm to Midnight

£135 – Wicklewood residents and regular bookings

£145 – Non residents

All Day Function 8.00 am to Midnight

£235 – Wicklewood residents and regular bookings

£250 – non residents

Part day Commercial function for 30+ attendees

£20 per  hour – Wicklewood residents and regular bookings

£24 per hour – non residents

Refundable Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of £100 is required for all bookings which is refunded after hall is checked as being all in order.

Wicklewood Parish Resident status determined by address on booking form

Regular Bookings are those making two or more bookings on the same form that are within a 4 week period.

Please note:  Only alcohol purchased from the official provider may be consumed on the premises. If you require a bar, you will need to enter into a separate agreement with the official provider, please contact the Booking Clerk for more details.

The Hall

has a large main room – approx 17.5m x 9m including stage area of 2.5m x 6m x 0.5m high, which is suitable for functions, parties, exhibitions, wedding receptions and much more.

The Basil Cook Room

is a smaller (6.5m x 3.5m) meeting room, which can comfortably seat a small group or as a break out room.

Kitchen

There is a large kitchen available, with a servery hatch into the main hall.  There is a cooker, fridge, hot water urn and plenty of crockery and cutlery but cooking equipment is not supplied.  The kitchen has been inspected and deemed very satisfactory by the local food inspection authority.

All bookings include the use of the Hall, Basil Cook Room and Kitchen.

Maximum capacities are:  150 people or 120 when seated (please check when booking how many tables and chairs are available).  These capacities include all persons present, inclusive of entertainers, bar staff, caterers etc.

We welcome a wide variety of groups and events but do not allow bookings for parties of 13-20 yr olds or the use of any inflatables.  If you are planning a particular kind of event, we welcome an initial contact to check we can meed your needs

Bar

A licensed bar is available on request.  Hirers are not allowed to provide their own alcohol.
